Buffer Management: Manual Density tagged twice and compressibily not accessible

Description (last modified by demeler)

The "Manual unadjusted Density and Viscosity" leads to a double tag of [M]. Furthermore the compressiblity field is greyed out.

Compressibility is currently not supported in any of the UltraScan? fitting methods, though the finite element solutions do support it. This will take more work before we can make it accessible.

The double [M] tagging occurs when the buffer is edited twice. We can fix this.

The next commit will have a fix for the double tag of Manual Density. Compressibility will remain inaccessible, by design, since non-ideal computation logic is not yet complete.
