us_edit multiple save under same label

Description

After multiple triples have been edited in the same session, any return to a triple for further edit and save results in a new edit record with new GUID and DB ID, but the same description and edit time stamp as the previously saved one. This seems to have created situations where models and noises appeared to belong to a given edit (as identified by the label), but in fact belonged to a different edit (by GUID and DB ID) with the same label. These models and noises then fail to appear in certain analysis dialogs.

The us_edit application needs to pop up a dialog in such a case that allows the user to either override that triple's same-session edit or create a new record with a new label.

In my opinion this should ALWAYS result in an overwriting of the previous edit profile under the same session name - no new session should be generated, the previous edit should simply be overwritten. If the user wants to have a different label he should reload the data and create a new session + name. This second session could load the previous edit and apply it.

The latest source mods result in a re-edit of a triple within a session overwriting the previous edit.

Review-ready.
