This is the UltraScan Trac Wiki

This is a Wiki, source code browser, issue tracking system to document the UltraScan non Web server portion Project.

You can view the source code in the section named "Browse Source" , create a ticket to document issues, or update these Wiki pages.

As all Wiki pages, this page is editable, this means that you can modify the contents of this page simply by using your web-browser. Simply click on the "Edit this page" link at the bottom of the page (after you have logged into Trac and have permissions assigned). WikiFormatting will give you a detailed description of available Wiki formatting commands.

Checkout from subversion with:

svn co svn+ssh:// ultrascan

or if you just want the files once:

svn export svn:// ultrascan

change the final 'ultrascan' above to any directory name you desire. It will be created in the current directory.

Note: The URLs above that start with svn:// are not available off campus due to IT blocking the svn port 3690. In that case, use the svn+ssh:// url scheme.

If you use:

svn co svn:// ultrascan

you will be able to get updates with:

svn update

but you will not be able to check anything into the system.

When you are creating a new file or directory, you need to tell the SVN server about it.

svn add <filename(s) or directory>

When adding a file to svn, be sure to set attributes (on text files):

svn propset svn:keywords "LastChangedDate Author" <filename>

For non-ASCII files, set the appropriate MIME type. E.g. for png files:

svn propset svn:mime-type image/png <filename>

For arbitrary binary data:

svn propset svn:mime-type application/octet-stream <filename>

Other svn commands include "delete", "status", "diff", "move", and "commit". For more details on subversion see the on-line book at
